4. Who We Share Your Information With

We only share your information with parties who need it to provide our services:

  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform, processes order, customer, and payment information to run our store, checkout, and hosting.
  • Appstle — the tool we use to manage subscriptions (renewals, pausing, cancelling, customer portal).
  • Payment providers offered through Shopify at checkout (such as Klarna and other available payment methods) process your payment details directly to complete your transaction.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — via the Meta Pixel on our website, only after you've given consent through our cookie banner. Meta uses this data to show relevant ads.

We never sell your personal information for money.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies:

  • Necessary cookies: required for the website and checkout to function (e.g. via Shopify). These are always active.
  • Marketing cookies: including the Meta Pixel, used to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. These are only placed after you give consent through our cookie banner.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

  • Order and invoice information: kept as long as required by applicable law.
  • Account information: for as long as you have an active account or subscription, and afterward as needed for warranty or dispute purposes.

  • Customer service communications: as long as needed to resolve your request, plus a reasonable period for quality purposes.

ALVION takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. Our store runs on Shopify's infrastructure, which meets strict international security standards.

9. Children's Privacy

Our products and website are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when our services or applicable laws change. The most current version is always available on this page, with the last-updated date at the top.
