Terms of Service — ALVION

Article 1 — Definitions

• ALVION / the Company: APH Commerce V.O.F., doing business as ALVION, located at Hoogstraat 30F, 1541 KZ Koog aan de Zaan, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 90266196, VAT number NL865260205B01.
• Customer / you: the individual who enters into an agreement with ALVION for personal, non-commercial use.
• Agreement: an agreement formed through the webshop tryalvion.com.
• Subscription: an agreement for recurring delivery of ALVION Hair Support at a fixed interval (1, 3, or 6 months), which renews automatically until cancelled.

Article 3 — Applicability

3.1 These Terms of Service apply to every offer made by ALVION and every agreement formed between ALVION and a customer located in the United States.

3.2 These Terms are made available to the customer before an order is placed, via our website.

3.3 These Terms are written in English, as ALVION serves customers in the United States.

Article 4 — The Offer

4.1 All offers on tryalvion.com are non-binding. ALVION may modify or update its offers.

4.2 Each offer includes a full and accurate description of the product, including the duration of the selected routine (1, 3, or 6 months) and its price.

4.3 Obvious errors or mistakes in an offer do not bind ALVION.

Article 5 — The Agreement

5.1 The agreement is formed when the customer accepts the offer (places and pays for an order) and ALVION confirms the order by email.

5.2 ALVION confirms receipt of the order electronically, including order details, these Terms, and information about our Return Policy.

Article 6 — Pricing and Subscriptions

6.1 ALVION Hair Support is offered in three options:

6.2 A one-time purchase always refers to the 1-Month option at $59, regardless of which delivery term is displayed on the website.

6.3 A subscription means your chosen product is automatically redelivered at the applicable rate at the end of each period, until you cancel. Every subscription delivery includes a 15% discount versus the regular price.

6.4 You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal provided by email with your first order. Cancellation is possible up until a few days before your next renewal; you'll receive a reminder email in advance.

6.5 All prices are listed in US dollars, and exclude any applicable shipping costs unless stated otherwise on the website.

Article 7 — Returns

7.1 Our full return terms — including our 30-day return window and 90-day satisfaction guarantee — are set out in our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7.2 Important exception: ALVION Hair Support is sealed for hygiene and health reasons. Once the seal is broken, the product is only eligible for return under our 90-day satisfaction guarantee, not the standard 30-day return window.

Article 8 — Product Warranty

8.1 ALVION stands behind the quality of its products. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty rights you may have under applicable law.

8.2 In addition, ALVION offers a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on ALVION Hair Support, as described in our Return Policy.

8.3 Questions or complaints about a delivered product can be sent to support@tryalvion.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CET.

Article 9 — Health and Use

9.1 ALVION Hair Support is a dietary supplement, not a drug. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

9.2 If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

9.3 Results and experiences described on our website are not guaranteed; individual results may vary.

Article 10 — Delivery

10.1 ALVION takes the greatest possible care in receiving and fulfilling orders.

10.2 Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer.

10.3 Estimated delivery times are communicated during checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

10.4 If a delivery is significantly delayed, we will notify you, and you have the right to cancel your order free of charge.

10.5 Risk of damage or loss of products lies with ALVION until the product is delivered to the customer.

Article 11 — Payment

11.1 Payment is made through the payment methods offered on our website at the time of ordering.

11.2 For subscriptions, you authorize ALVION to automatically charge your provided payment method at the start of each new delivery period.

11.3 If an automatic payment fails, ALVION will attempt to charge your payment method again over the following days before skipping a delivery. You'll be notified automatically and can update your payment details via the customer portal.

Article 12 — Complaints

12.1 Complaints about the execution of your order can be submitted via support@tryalvion.com, with a clear description of the issue.

12.2 ALVION aims to respond to complaints within 14 days. If more time is needed, you'll be notified within that period, with an expected response time.

Article 13 — Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, the jurisdiction where ALVION is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13.2 Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be brought before the competent court.

Article 14 — Changes to These Terms

14.1 ALVION may update these Terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to agreements already in place.

14.2 For material changes affecting an active subscription, you will be notified in advance and have the right to cancel your subscription.
